Update On New WrestlingNewsSource.com Design

On Saturday WNS launched a new-look for desktop and mobile users, introducing a new theme, features, and a forum.

As with any upgrade to a website design there will always be an element of reluctance with regards to change, especially since our last theme had been a staple of our user experience for a number of years. 

In posting this update, I want to assure all our readers that we are listening to their feedback and have implemented a number of tweaks and upgrades to the design already that we hope you'll appreciate.

News Article Images & Appearance 

On mobile, images now appear at the side of articles, which means less scroll and more news!

If you still do not want images appearing on the homepage you have the ability to turn them off in our customization panel, just tick Disable Top Article Image / Disable Feed Images. Remember to save your preferences, and also on the panel you can email all your preference settings should you wish to restore for any reason at a later date.

Alternatively, you can follow our news feed page which contains all news posted, without images, a very much similar experience to our previous design.

Images are disabled for small devices w/ screen sizes 330px or less.

In addition, we've reduced the size of the navigational buttons on mobile and also changed the navigational panel on the desktop website. 

The scale of the WNS Fourm has also been improved.

There is a blue TOP button to take you right back to the top of the page.

Tag Cloud & Forum Box

We reduced the number of tags displayed in the cloud but if you wish to remove this and/or the forum box you can do so in the customization panel, just tick Disable Cloud Links, Disable Forum Feed. Remember to save your preferences, and also on the panel you can email all your preference settings should you wish to restore for any reason at a later date.

Website Background

From the customization panel, you can now turn off the transparent background in favor of a solid color. Select, Use Solid Backgrounds. Remember to save your preferences, and also on the panel you can email all your preferences should you wish to restore for any reason at a later date.

The customization panel is for you to use, it is up to you how much or little you customize your experience, give it a try!
