WWE Pulls Big Matches From MSG Event Card

WWE has made changes to their upcoming Maddison Square Garden event.

The official MSG website has taken down advertising for Bobby Lashley who was recently announced to be going up against Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. This was expected as Laslehy is currently injured and requires time out. A new opponent for Lesnar has not yet been revealed.

Seth Rollins vs. WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has also been nixed from the listing. Reigns is still expected to defend his title.

The women’s tag team match which was originally advertised as Ronda Rousey and Sasha Banks vs. Natalya and SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair has been changed to Rousey and Naomi vs. Flair and Sonya Deville.

Below is the updated card from the MSG website:

- WWE Champion Brock Lesnar will defend his title

- WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will defend his title

- Rhea Ripley vs. Bianca Belair vs. RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch

- Ronda Rousey and Naomi vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville

- SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos vs. Big E and Kofi Kingston

- Appearances by Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, AJ Styles, RK-Bro, Sasha Banks, and others
