Former WWE Superstar Reportedly Joining AEW Soon

Former WWE Superstar Buddy Murphy, now going by the new ring name of Buddy Matthews is reportedly set to join All Elite Wrestling soon.

Fightful Select is reporting that AEW sources have indicated an interest in signing Buddy to a deal with creative pitches reportedly in the works or already decided.

A number of AEW talent have been told that the working plan is to bring in and this has been the case since early January.

Since his WWE release, Matthews has worked events for MLW and NJPW.
