The Rock has been branded a hypocrite for turning on friend Joe Rogan.

Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson recently withdrew his support for Spotify's controversial premier podcaster Joe Rogan after becoming aware that Rogan had used the N-word in his controversial podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. Johnson had previously expressed his support for Rogan. 

Now Johnson is coming under fire on social media for his own past comments made during WWE promos throughout his career, humor that often epitomized The Attitude Era.

Donald Trump Jr. posted screengrabs of The Rock using transphobic language in now-deleted tweets and a clip of Johnson mocking John Cena as 'a bloated transvestite Wonder Woman ready to fight crime' is circulating social media as well as another of Johnson mocking the Chinese accent in a 90s promo.
