Triple H Reportedly Not Returning To Running WWE NXT Due To Health Issues

Triple H will reportedly not return to WWE television anytime soon.

In September 2021 we learned that WWE legend Triple H suffered a "cardiac event" due to a genetic heart issue and underwent a procedure to correct it.  We haven't seen or heard from "The Game" much since then and his vision for NXT has been dismantled since he took a step back from the running of the brand.

In a new report from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, they reveal there are currently no plans for him to return to NXT or creative of any kind right now because of health issues.

This may change if his health improves and it's something he wants but nobody is actively pushing for it right now.

NXT currently has a lot of input from Triple H's best friend Shawn Michaels who is under pressure to create the WWE Superstars of the future in NXT 2.0. He has taken on a lot of Triple H's duties and is receiving great feedback with it being noted he understands the creative process.
