Brett Lauderdale Feels He Let Fans Down With The WRLD On GCW Despite It's Success

GCW owner Brett Lauderdale took to Twitter following the buzz of The WRLD On GCW event, celebrating that the show was a “smash hit” in terms of business, he feels like he let people down. He explains why he feels that way in the below tweets.

Last night was crazy. I'm so proud of our crew and our fans. #TheWrldOnGCW was indie wrestling history.

Of course, there are things I wish we could/would have done differently, but some things were just out of our hands. I did my best.

Sunday was a smash hit business wise for gcw. All records shattered and its not even close. But im not happy at all. Feel like I let a lot of people down. Got played and I shoulda known better. Big time learning experience. Gonna work harder than ever to get a 2nd chance.
