AAA had originally planned to open their new season with FTR defending the AAA Tag Team Championships against the Lucha Bros as the headliner in Merida, Yucatan on January 30th.
The match itself was in trouble after Fenix injured his arm from a botched landing on a chokeslam through a table on the outside of the ring. Now, the entire show has been officially postponed due to the rise in COVID cases across the country.
