Mickie Knuckles (a/k/a Moose) underwent surgery yesterday to repair her broken right femur that she suffered during a match on Sunday. Doctors had to stretch the bones in her leg back out to get them end to end so that they could insert a titanium rod because of the amount of muscle mass in her leg. The doctor said that they expected muscle mass of a 24 year old female and ended up getting the muscle mass of a construction worker.
Knuckles will remain hospitalized until Wednesday and optimistic estimates are that she could be able to return to the ring inside of six months.
