Possible SPOILER On Jon Moxley's Opponent For AEW All Out 2021 Pay-Per-View

During last night’s AEW Dynamite Fight for the Fallen special, NJPW star Hiroshi Tanahashi in a pre-taped segment issued a challenge for the IWGP U.S. Championship.

Tanahashi will now go up against Lance Archer at NJPW Resurgence at the L.A. Coliseum in Los Angeles on August 14, 2021.

Late during Dynamite, Jon Moxley called out Tanahashi and said during his promo "Because the forbidden door might be open, but ain’t nothing good waitin’ for y’all on the other side." 

On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Davel Meltzer revealed that Moxley had discussions recently with Tony Khan about facing a "top NJPW superstar" at the AEW All Out 2021 PPV, which Khan agreed to do. Meltzer believes given the promo during Dynamite that the person is Tanahashi.
