Alberto El Patron Trial Pushed Back To May

The court trial for Alberto El Patron is being pushed back to May of this year. He was scheduled to appear in court this year, but PWInsider reported different.

Patron did appear in a San Antonio court this morning which means the choice to push back this trial was either before he appeared or after. It's not uncommon for court dates to be pushed back due to the COVID pandemic right now.

Patron was indicted on kidnapping and sexual assault charges related to an arrest last May. He is set to stand trial on one count of aggravated kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault.
