Joey Ryan Has Another Lawsuit Dismissed, The Second Time In A Week

Earlier this week, we reported that one of Joey Ryan's lawsuits against one of his sexual assault accusers was dismissed and sent to another state. Well, now we're up to two dismissed lawsuits.

Ryan's second lawsuit was dismissed on January 7th by Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald.

One of the cases made was Ryan’s lawsuit against a woman who made accusations last summer. This came after the judge warned that he would dismiss the case due to “lack of prosecution.”

His attorneys were given a deadline of December 23rd to file pleadings in an attempt to convince the court the lawsuits should continue, which they did not.
