AEW Dynamite Viewership Surges Past WWE NXT, Tony Khan Comments

The viewership for last night's Wednesday battle between AEW and WWE is in.

AEW Dynamite on TNT, which featured the debut of Sting and Kenny Omega winning the AEW World Title surged to 913,000 viewers with a 0.42 rating in the key 18-49 demo. This means it was the most-watched episode in over two months and the best 18-49 rating of 2020.

WWE NXT on USA Network, however, took a slip in viewers drawing 651,000 and a 0.16 rating in the key 18-49 demo.

Last week, Dynamite drew 710,000 (0.26) and NXT 712,000 (0.20).
