A rumor had been reported that WCW was possibly getting revived in 2021, but now we know that this isn't true.

Earlier today, a tweet from Twitter account @WCW_2021 owned by Alexander Fox had claimed that he was resurrecting WCW, as he owned 50% of it.

WWE never acknowledged this publicly, and now it's being confirmed by Skystorm Productions that it's a hoax.

“We have not made any arrangements, partnerships or agreements with WCW. We received email inquiry for production services on 12/1 early this morning and have responded to the inquiry. But no discussion has been made as of yet. The posting on FB and Twitter was done without our knowledge or consent.”
