Alberto Del Rio Indicted On Kidnapping And Assault

In a report by NBC 4 in San Antonio, it's being said that Alberto Del Rio has been formally indicted on charges of kidnapping and assault.

Del Rio was arrested back in May after a woman said he assaulted her on multiple occasions. The most recent incident came on May 3rd, when Del Rio threatened to take the woman's son and "drop him in the middle of the road somewhere," according to the arrest paperwork.

If Del Rio is convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
