WWE’s Hall Of Fame ceremony for 2020 was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic back in April which left many wondering when it would take place. At the time there was a lot of speculation it would be moved to SummerSlam weekend.
According to WrestlingNews.co, this still appears to be the plan.
"As I previously noted, WWE still hopes to do SummerSlam with fans in Boston, MA. Georgia Hart, daughter of the legendary Davey Boy Smith, noted on Twitter in March that WWE was hoping to do the event in August during SummerSlam weekend.
I asked around about the Hall Of Fame and was told that the date is still to be determined but it is still ‘very possible’ that the Hall Of Fame ceremony will take place during SummerSlam weekend."
The inductees for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020 are, Batista, nWo (Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, & Sean Waltman), JBL, “British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith, Jushin “Thunder” Liger and The Bella Twins (Nikki & Brie).
