Alberto Del Rio Victim Reveals He Burned Her Passport Before Being Sexually Assaulted

TMZ provided a few more details into the case earlier today via the police report. It seems the case isn't any better for Del Rio who has worked with Impact Wrestling and WWE in the past.

The incident happened May 3rd when Del Rio accused her of cheating on him. The victim claims that he broke her phone, laptop, and then proceeded to burn her passport.

The attack began at 10PM and ended at around 2:30AM. The victim said whenever Del Rio attacked her she was left feeling woozy and dizzy.

She added that when Del Rio put a sock in her mouth during the assault, she wasn’t able to breathe. The sexual assault lasted many hours, and included various body parts, as well as Del Rio’s penis.

She told police that she did not consent to any of it. The officer at the scene said they saw “multiple bruises” on her face, arms, legs and neck.
