John Cena Surprises 7 Year Old Suffering From Life Threatening Illness

John Cena surprised a 7-year-old boy named David Castle at his home for an early birthday surprise.

According to the article by WFLA, David is currently batting Wilms tumor, a type of childhood cancer that starts in the kidneys.

Cena gave several birthday gifts to David like two WWE title belts, signed T-shirts, armbands, signed bobbleheads, and signed programs.

The family has this GoFundMe page set up to help with Castle’s medical expenses. If you feel so inclined, please consider dropping a few bucks.

The same site reports that this surprise visit was made possible by officials with Pasco County Fire Rescue.
