Lance Archer is slated to make his AEW in-ring debut on next week’s episode of Dynamite.
This was teased on this past Wednesday’s AEW episode, but was confirmed on Saturday by Cody Rhodes on Twitter.
“I appreciate Lance & his skillset. AEW is glad to have him. I’m not interested in social media angles though. He will debut this week, but not against me. He has zero record with AEW, me wrestling him does a disservice to others climbing into the Top-5. Maybe down the road.”
Lance Archer signed a multi-year deal with AEW, and was going to debut earlier this month. Plans seemed to change, and Jake Roberts will be working with him.
