In an update on WrestleMania 36 week, we know Mania itself will be taking place in the WWE Performance Center this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. This has fans speculating what may happen with NXT TakeOver and the 2020 WWE Hall Of Fame.
PWInsider is reporting that WWE has canceled NXT TakeOver and WWE Hall Of Fame during WrestleMania week, issuing the following statement:
"The WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony and NXT TakeOver will not take place as previously scheduled. We will share further details as they become available.
The Daughter of the late great British Bulldog, who is scheduled to be inducted into the 2020 WWE Hall Of Fame revealed on Twitter that WWE plans to hold the HOF during SummerSlam 2020 weekend.
She posted the following on Twitter:
Just a heads up! I have spoken with @WWE and they are postponing the Hall of Fame for a later date, and are hoping to do it for Summerslam (which would be appropriate for my dad) thanks again for all your support! Let’s all stay safe out there🇬🇧 pic.twitter.com/iuXwRWJ4iL
