SmackDown In New Orleans Postponed, WWE Live Event Canceled

It will come as no surprise that WWE has lost its venue for SmackDown as expected, and Thursday’s live event has also been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Smoothie King Center in New Orleans has announced that the SmackDown taping is postponed and The Mobile Civic Center in Mobile, Alabama has confirmed that the Thursday WWE Live show has been canceled.

SmackDown, like all weekly WWE television, will be moving production to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando for the foreseeable.
