Update On WWE Attempting To Re-Sign Matt Hardy

As has been widely reported, Matt Hardy’s WWE contract is up on March 1, 2020. He hasn’t yet signed a new deal and WWE management is reportedly trying to tempt him to stay with the company.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider revealed in an Elite audio show that he believes Matt Hardy will stay with WWE and there has been talks about him working in NXT.

Johnson noted that he hasn't heard "any real buzz" about Hardy working for AEW despite numerous rumors circulating online.
