As previously reported, Matt Hardy will appear on Monday's WWE Raw in a No Holds Barred Match against Randy Orton.

WrestlingNews.co is reporting the company attempted to sign him to a new contract about a week ago but Hardy declined the offer with speculation that he is heading to All Elite Wrestling.

As has been the case for a while now, WWE is offering their biggest names a lot of money to stay but Hardy doesn't seem interested and already is financially set.

Matt Hardy’s current contract expires on March 1, 2020.
