Former WCW star Van Hammer has been arrested and charged with DUI following a hit and run incident.

According to TMZ, the incident took place on Sunday afternoon in Boynton Beach, Florida. Hammer was driving intoxicated when he hit a 5 year-old boy. The boy was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.

On Monday, Hammer appeared before a judge where he was charged with DUI and a first degree felony hit and run. His bail has been set at $125,000.
