In a matter of weeks, XFL will be returning to television and while things over the last year have come together well the brand has hit a bump in the road.
Bloomberg is reporting there is currently a lawsuit in the Delaware Court Of Chancery against WWE. The lawsuit was issued on December 23 by a stockholder who wants to see records that detail the company’s involvement with WWE.
The lawsuit claims there is “a credible basis to believe” that McMahon and other WWE senior officers breached their duties to investors by diverting valuable resources to the XFL.
