Sin Cara Could Be In Legal Trouble With WWE Following AAA Return

WWE is reportedly closely watching the situation between Sin Cara (Jorge Arias) and AAA in Mexico, according to Dave Meltzer on today's Wrestling Observer Radio.

Arias made his return to AAA over the weekend and used his WWE ring name and attire. This came just a week after he was granted his WWE release.

Arias still has a 90-day non-compete clause which doesn't allow him to wrestle until March 2020.

Meltzer revealed WWE did not give Arias permission to use his Sin Cara ring name for the AAA Guerra de Titane event. They current own all rights to the name in the U.S. and Mexico until 2021.

We'll keep you updated if we hear more.
