The Survivor Series 2019 attire of Ricochet has caught the attention of voice actor Will Friedle, after the costume was compared to Friedle's early 2000s iteration of Batman.
Ricochet, 31, wore a costume based on the look of Terry McGinnis, the protagonist featured in “Batman Beyond,” a series that showcased a futuristic version of iconic DC Comics character.
This attire drew the attention of Friedle, who played McGinnis in the show's three seasons, who fans may also know as Boy Meets World's Eric Matthews, or Kim Possible's Ron Stoppable.
Hey @KingRicochet...I think you stole my suit...#WelcomeToMyWorld https://t.co/sE0OK1AW0H

In response, the former United States Champion said the costume had indeed been inspired by Friedle's version of the Dark Knight, and described the interaction as the highlight of his day.

Also, not stole. Inspired by! 🙏🏽 https://t.co/c4GadUnknp
Batman Beyond, which premiered in 1999 tells the story of Terry's rise to the legendary mantle, after age and injuries force Bruce Wayne into retirement.
This isn't the first time that Ricochet has cosplayed for his matches, as he channeled DC's Nightwing at SummerSlam 2019, and My Hero Academia's All Might for Crown Jewel in Riyadh.
