At tonight’s WWE Survivor Series event as part of the Survivor Series Kickoff Show, Lio Rush defeated Friday Night SmackDown’s Kalisto and Monday Night Raw’s Akira Tozawa to retain the NXT Cruiserweight Championship and give NXT their first win of the night at the event.

Rush obtained the victory by pinning Kalisto after hitting him with a Frogsplash after Kalisto had hit Tozawa with the Salida del Sol.

This is another match that had been announced as a last-minute addition to the event prior to the Survivor Series Kickoff Show airing.
