WWE's annual Survivor Series is this Sunday and the card is almost complete, expect there has been some push from creative to have Triple H make his in-ring return at the event.
WrestleVotes on Twitter notes that creative would like Triple H as a member of the men’s NXT team. However, there has been a mixed reaction to this suggestion, with Triple H himself also not keen on the idea.
Triple H has been working hard to elevate the NXT brand since moving to USA Network to ensure all their talent have the star power to compete with AEW, by having him in the match it could suggest they need him, which Triple H believes they don't.
The 5 members of the NXT team are still to be announced. They will go against Team Raw (Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, Ricochet) and Team SmackDown (Roman Reigns, Mustafa Ali, Braun Strowman, King Corbin, Shorty G).
It will be interesting to see if Triple H is added over the course of the next few days.
Hearing that over the past few weeks there has been a push from creative to have Triple H as a member of Team NXT in the men’s elimination match. That idea has been met w/ mixed reactions, including that of The Game. I’m told he does NOT want to be part of the match this Sunday.
