FOX has reportedly hired Ryan Satin for a role on their new WWE Backstage show on FS1.

For those that don't know Satin, he is a pro wrestling reporter for Pro Wrestling Sheet, the Son of Scott Satin who is a Hollywood producer and writer. He has also worked as a producer for TMZ.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter revealed that Satin will have a regular role on the new show, much like Ariel Helwani does on UFC Tonight.

He was the only name considered for the role.

The all-new WWE Backstage on FS1 will air on Tuesdays at 11:00 pm ET/8:00 pm PT beginning Nov. 5.
