On tonight’s edition of WWE NXT, Asuka and Kairi Sane - The Kabuki Warriors - defeated the duo of Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox to retain the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in a match that marked the very first time in which the titles were defended in NXT.

The Kabuki Warriors were able to pick up the win after Asuka sprayed green mist into the face of Kai while the referee was distracted, which allowed the champions to take advantage and gain the victory.
