John Cena is known as one of the most philanthropic wrestlers in the business. Aside from his work with Make-A-Wish, Cena donates his time and money to other charities. Yesterday, in honor of First Responders Day, Cena announced a donation of $500,000 to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation and the California Fire Foundation.
The donation comes courtesy of Paramount Pictures, the producers of Cena’s latest movie Playing With Fire.
I’m asking that today on #FirstRespondersDay we do everything we can to help those who risk their lives to protect us all. pic.twitter.com/aJOmO4hkCw
