WWE Hall Of Fame Ceremony In 2020 Has Been Moved To Thursday

The 2020 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on the Thursday before WrestleMania, not the traditional day or two before the big event.

The event moved back to the night before WrestleMania 35 last year, but given NXT is the much bigger event the decision seemingly has been made to have NXT TakeOver air on the Saturday before WrestleMania.

The WWE HOF couldn't have moved to Friday in 2020 given that SmackDown now airs live on that day.

This is what the schedule for WrestleMania 36 week looks like:

April 2 - WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony (Thursday)
April 3 - Friday Night Smackdown (Friday)
April 4 - NXT TakeOver: Tampa (Saturday)
April 5 - WWE WrestleMania 36 (Sunday)
April 6 - WWE Raw After WrestleMania (Monday)
