WWE NXT Superstar Jordan Myles has taken to his official Twitter page to blast Vince McMahon and Triple H regarding the design of Myles’s first official WWE t-shirt, which is seen by many as being racially insensitive.
More specifically, the design of the shirt is being viewed as representing blackface, which was used primarily in the 1800s and 1900s by white people as a way to caricature African Americans. These days, blackface is considered to be highly offensive.
Myles shared an image of the shirt on his Twitter page and expressed his obvious anger and disgust over the design, which has garnered further responses of support from others as well:
They’ll regret making this...#ForTheCulture ✊🏾 pic.twitter.com/4beOuulN5b

I will keep posting this till my voice is heard. I’m not sorry for anything I say or do.

Representation is important.
If this is @VinceMcMahon & @TripleH “vision” of me then this is a slap in the face to EVERY African American performer, fan, and supporter. pic.twitter.com/S6Gtg9e4lP
According to ProWrestling.com, Myles further stated in additional comments that he had been told that the design on the shirt was supposed to be based off of the logo for The Rolling Stones.
