AEW Dynamite: SCU Advances In World Tag Team Championship Tournament

On tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite, SoCal Uncensored defeated Best Friends to officially advance in the All Elite Wrestling World Tag Team Championship tournament.

SCU’s representatives were initially supposed to be Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels; however, both men were attacked from behind by The Lucha Brothers, with Daniels being hit with a piledriver on the entrance ramp. As a result, the referee ruled Daniels unable to compete in the match, which allowed fellow SCU member Scorpio Sky to fill in as his replacement.

SCU will now face The Dark Order in the next round of the tournament.
