NJPW Is Set To Make A Major Announcement This Week, WWE Involvement Rumored?

Dave Meltzer is reporting in his daily updates on F4Wonline.com, "There will be a major story breaking in Japan this week unless something falls through."

Meltzer hasn't revealed any specifics but it is big enough for him and Bryan Alvarez to schedule a special show.

There is also a rumor that WWE has plans for a major announcement on October 18 in Japan, with fans speculating there is a link.

Could NJPW and WWE be joining forces?
