WWE Referee Rod Zapata Explains Why He Stopped Seth Rollins vs. Bray Wyatt Match

During Wednesday’s episode of The Bump, WWE referee Rod Zapata explained why he decided to stop the The Hell in a Cell match for the Universal Title at Sunday's Hell In A Cell pay-per-view.

"With Bray motionless, and Seth clearly doing whatever it was going to take to win that match…I had to think of the competitor’s safety and at that moment, I did what I thought was best."

Rod Zapata, the WWE official who made the controversial decision to stop the brutal Hell in a Cell Match between Universal Champion Seth Rollins and “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt supplies WWE’s The Bump with an explanation for his actions.
