WWE Says Bray Wyatt vs. Seth Rollins at Hell in a Cell Was Ended Due To "Match-Stoppage" Rule

The official WWE website has attempted to explain to pissed off fans how the Hell in a Cell match between Bray Wyatt and Seth Rollins ended in a disqualification, although they were careful not to use the DQ given that the match shouldn't theoretically end that way.

In the article, they posted they said the match was ended due to "a match-stoppage ruling that led to Rollins retaining the title."

What are your thoughts on this "match-stoppage" rule?

A tweet by the WWE on FOX Twitter account which mentioned a DQ finish was also deleted, likely at the request of WWE.
