Edge Addresses Rumors Suggesting He Is Returning To The Ring

Edge has taken to social media to debunked a number of reports circulating online about himself. 

Firstly, @FightOracle an insider Twitter account noted that Edge is medically cleared to return to the ring and he is under contract with WWE.

Edge refuted the claims, by tweeting a brief response, "No I’m not and no I’m not."

However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer recently reported that Edge has a new deal with WWE after also talking with All Elite Wrestling (AEW).

There has also been speculation Edge could be heading back to the ring after leaving his podcast which he hosted with his longtime friend and tag partner Chrisitan. He recently revealed on his podcast that he feels like he could wrestle again which has had people talking, especially since his brief return at SummerSlam 2019 in which he speared Elias.

Another rumor points toward Edge being signed by FOX to be apart of the new WWE Backstage show, which technically would mean he isn't under contract to WWE.

I guess we'll have to wait and see, but we'll update you if we hear more.
