CM Punk Joining WWE Backstage FOX Studio Show Reportedly A "Done Deal"

CM Punk returning to WWE in an affiliated manner looks like it is about to happen!

According to reputable insider source @fightoracle, Punk signing with FOX for the WWE backstage studio show is a "done deal" as his recent tryout went well. He will be joining as a commentator.

Punk will be under contract to FOX who have recently been in the process of trying out a number of talent for roles on the show. Punk's agent reportedly reached out to the network for the role.

The show will debut at 11pm ET on November 5 with Renee Young and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T as the lead hosts.

As mentioned Punk will be under contract to FOX and the show is a FOX program, although WWE probably at some stage gave the OK to have Punk associated with the show.

Triple H recently told Sports Illustrated Podcast "never say never" in regards to Punk working with WWE again.
