WWE NXT: Cruiserweight Championship Match Announced For Next Week’s Broadcast

During tonight’s edition of WWE NXT, it was announced that on next week’s broadcast, Drew Gulak will defend the Cruiserweight Championship against Lio Rush, who earned his opportunity at the title last week by defeating Oney Lorcan.

It’s also worth noting that during the broadcast, WWE Hall of Famer and NXT commentator Beth Phoenix referred to the title as the NXT Cruiserweight Championship rather than the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.
