In 2019 many people wonder why WWE still heavily relies on legends and Hall of Famers. Well, there is one simple reason...they still do big business for the company they helped build.
We reported yesterday that the announced return of The Rock to Friday's WWE SmackDown has significantly boosted ticket sales for the blue brand.
In addition, on Twitter Dave Meltzer is reporting that Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair scored one of the highest-rated segments for WWE Raw in a long time.
The viewership for the flagship broadcast drew 2.57 million viewers, which was up on last week's 2.21 million viewers, this in itself this isn't a record by any means but the Flair/Hogan segment is reported to have kept fans tuned in.
New issue will have more details, but Hogan and @RicFlairNatrBoy killed in the segment-by-segment. Best in a long time.
