WWE NXT Scheduled To Air Longer Than Expected

WWE NXT will reportedly air until 10:15 PM EST on Wednesday and has already advertised they will broadcast with "limited commercial intrruption" for the two-hour premiere on USA Network.

The overrun is reminiscent of the Monday Night War when WWE Raw and WCW Nitro both used tricks to keep fans tuned in and engaged. The "limited commercial intrruption" is no coincidence either with WWE pulling out all the stops to keep viewers watching their product.  

AEW Dynamite is set to air head-to-head with NXT until 10 PM EST on TNT, but there is always the chance that TNT will allow the broadcast to run long to combat NXT.

Following the live airing of Dynamite there is a replay scheduled.

It will be interesting to see if this just a one-off or a weekly deal.
