Why Lana Didn't Return With Rusev On WWE Television?

Rusev recently returned to Monday Night Raw with a new look and victories over Mike Kanellis and EC3, but his wife Lana has not been seen by his side.
The reason Lana hasn't returned to television yet is not that the company doesn't want to use her, but rather they have plans for her character they just having implemented them as yet.
