The FOX Network have confirmed a new studio show for all-things WWE, ahead of SmackDown's move to the network next week.
WWE Backstage will be an hour-long weekly show and offer viewers the latest WWE news every Tuesday at 11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT, beginning November 5 on FS1.
The show will be hosted by current RAW commentator Renee Young, who described Backstage as a show by fans for fans.
She said: "From hardcore fans to people new to wrestling, we’ll give them a little bit of everything."
The Canadian commentator will be joined by Hall of Famer Booker T for analysis, as well as a rotating roster of personalities, including current and former WWE Superstars.
Speaking to WWE.com, Booker said he was thrilled to be working with FOX.
"FOX Sports has always been the one-stop-shop for sports, and now it’s going to be the one-stop-shop for sports and entertainment," he said.
"I think this is going to be a tag team that’s going to last for a long time, and one that cannot lose."
A special preview of WWE Backstage will air on October 15 following the conclusion of the ALCS Game 3 on FS1.
WWE SmackDown will start on FOX next Friday, October 4, with a special 20th-anniversary show of the blue brand.
The show will see Brock Lesnar face WWE Champion Kofi Kingston, a ladder match between Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon as well as guest appearances by several Hall of Famers.
