Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has said he has considered pushing backstage to be the manager of the Street Profits.
Booker, 54, is no stranger to tag team wrestling, getting his big break as part of Harlem Heat, before transitioning to a singles career which saw the Texan win six World titles.
Speaking on his radio show, Booker said he wanted to manage the pair of Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford, saying:
"I’m thinking about putting my name in to manage the Street Profits. Bring these guys to the next level, you know what I mean? Just put a little bit more street on it, that’s all. Just put more street on them. It’d be no playing, no jiving. Just business. And that’s the thing, you know. I love to entertain."
Though they have yet to compete on RAW, the former NXT Tag Team Champions have appeared regularly on the red brand in backstage segments.
