Chris Jericho Vs Cody Rhodes Announced For AEW Full Gear

AEW World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho will face Cody Rhodes at the company's upcoming Pay Per View Full Gear.

According to Sports Illustrated and confirmed by AEW themselves, Jericho will defend his title against Rhodes at the show, which will take place on November 9th at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore.

Though Jericho's career, both in and out of AEW speaks for itself, Cody is no slouch himself, and is currently undefeated in All Elite Wrestling.

At Double or Nothing, Cody defeated his brother Dustin, before wrestling Darby Allin to a time limit draw at Fyter Fest, and recently got a win over Shawn Spears at All Out.

At that same show, Jericho defeated Hangman Page in the show's main event to become the first AEW Champion, and the former WWE Superstar has been quick to claim himself as the greatest AEW wrestler of all time.

Rhodes will certainly have something to say about that, so expect an epic encounter when these two collide in November with the gold on the line.
