Several members of AEW took digs at WWE during this weekend's Starrcast event, ahead of tomorrow night's All Out Pay Per View.
During the Being the Elite Mailbag, Adam 'Hangman' Page told fans they were working on a "WWE budget," when asked why he didn't have pyro for his entrance, referencing the McMahon-led company's recent budget cuts.
Though the Young Bucks' Matt Jackson said there would be no digs at WWE, his brother Nick said "I think we are all forced [to watch bad wrestling] if we’re watching WWE, right?"
The event also featured the throne destroyed by Cody Rhodes at Double or Nothing, which many saw as a reference to the King of Kings character portrayed by Triple H.
AEW All Out will take place tomorrow, August 31, at the Sears Center in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
