The WWE are wanting Rey Mysterio's son Dominick to step into the ring in the near future, according to a report by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dominick, 21, started training last year as part of Lance Storm's Wrestling Academy and though the report by the Observer says WWE doesn't feel he is ready for the ring now, they're hopeful he will be in 2020.
Older fans may remember Dominick as a crucial part in the 2005 storyline between Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero which culminated in a ladder match at SummerSlam for the custody of Dominick.
Earlier this year, Dominick began accompanying his father to the ring in his feud with Samoa Joe, and on this week's RAW, Mysterio spoke about trying to support his family, after losing to Andrade.
