Below is a quick match recap and summary of tonight’s SmackDown Live 07/30/19

The show begins with a clip from *Earlier Today*

Shane McMahon informs the crowd that he is not in attendance tonight and continues to cut a promo for his match at SummerSlam against Kevin Owens.

SmackDown officially starts and Owens makes his way to the ring to cut a counter promo to Shane. Promo is interrupted by Drew McIntyre where he informs Owens that Shane failed to mention that he has a match with him tonight. A scuffle ensues and McIntyre announces that the match would start now.

Owens Vs. McIntyre. Owens wins via pinfall

Dolph Ziggler is interviewed backstage and lashes out against the Legends that returned for Raw Reunion.  Announces that he has a match tonight against Finn Balor.

*Cut Scene* Bayley confronts Ember Moon before their Tag Team match and lets Moon know that if she crosses her tonight like she did last week, she will regret it.

Aleister Black cuts promo declaring that he feels redemption and vindication after his match with Cesaro and is ready for the next person who is looking for a fight with him.

Bayley and Ember Moon vs Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.  Bliss and Cross win via pinfall.  Bayley consoles Moon after the match and gives Moon a Bayley to Belly Suplex.

Sami Zayn shows up on the Blue Brand to call out Aleister Black and challenges him to a match at SummerSlam.

Daniel Bryan once again dodges the question when asked about his very important announcement.

Jerry The King Lawler holds The King’s Court with special guest Trish Stratus. Charlotte Flair comes to the ring and challenges Stratus to a match at SummerSlam and Stratus accepts.

Firefly Fun House ques up and Ramblin’ Rabbit talks about how much he adores Finn Balor.

Finn Balor vs. Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler wins via pinfall after a distraction by The Fiend.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs Ali (Non-Title) Ali wins via pinfall

*Main Event* Kofi Kingston vs AJ Styles. After an all-out brawl between The OC and The New Day outside of the ring, Kofi picks up the victory via pinfall after delivering a Trouble In Paradise to Styles.

Backstage Interview with Roman Reigns is supposed to take place and have Reigns announce who his SummerSlam opponent will be. A metal structure is turned over onto Roman from out of nowhere. He denies medical attention and SmackDown ends without a challenger being named.
