In news that will please many, Will Ospreay has confirmed on his official Instagram that he has been cleared to wrestle for the remainder of the NJPW G1 Climax 29 tournament.

Ospreay was pulled from a show recently due to some nagging injury issues. NJPW released the following statement a few days ago, “Will Ospreay has suffered a neck injury and will miss action on Monday July 15 in Hokkaido. Ospreay is not suffering from any skeletal or nervous issues. His status for the next G1 Climax event on Thursday July 18 will be determined after Ospreay undergoes thorough medical evaluation. We sincerely apologise to fans who were looking forward to seeing Ospreay wrestle, and appreciate your understanding.”

Ospreay is set to next face Kota Ibushi.
